Payment: Your bill can by cash, Visa, MasterCard and ATM card are settled.

Our prices include the following services: accommodation with half board (consisting of breakfast buffet and 4-course choice menu in the evening), Use of wellness and fitness area, children's playroom & Teens World, swimming pool, quiet garden

Bed and Breakfast: We will deduct 10 euros from the price for half board.

Non smoking rooms: All our rooms are declared as Non smoking rooms. We ask you not to smoke in the room. The entire dining room is the Non smoking area

Single supplement: If a double (Brandberg, Mayrhofen) is occupied only by a person, we charge a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate.

Dogs: Your four-legged pets are welcome by appointment, daily price Euro 10, - (without food). We ask you, however, when choosing your room will understand that in the designated rooms, as well as dogs are not allowed in the dining room.

Cancellations of room reservations are generally accepted only in written form. Up to 3 months before the holiday no cancellation fees, up to 1 month before the holiday, we represent 40% of the total agreed price into account, from 1 week before the holiday, we charge 70% of the total agreed price and in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total agreed price.
